Terms of Service

The service

YourGM is software provided by AgentProd, Inc.. It works across the tools your business already uses to complete routine operational work: confirming appointments, answering calls and messages, following up on payments and quotes, coordinating staff and suppliers, and preparing your daily picture. What it can do depends on which of your systems are connected.

You stay in control

New kinds of work begin in review mode, where YourGM prepares an action and waits for your approval. You decide which kinds of work it may complete on its own, and you can change that at any time. Certain actions always require a person, and the service will escalate rather than guess when it is not certain.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure, for having the right to contact your customers, and for the decisions you approve. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.

Keep your access credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we will return or delete it on request when your account closes.

Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but it depends on third-party systems including telephony providers and the tools you connect. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and cannot exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms as the product develops, and will make the current version available on this page with its date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you.
