Pricing FAQ
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial runs 14 days and takes a card to start. On day 15 that card is charged $499 for your first month and YourGM keeps working. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. It is month to month, with no contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee. You keep your GM until the end of the month you have paid for.
What if I have more than one location?
The price is per business location, so a second location is a second $499. Everything else is the same: same GM, same features, no setup fee at any size.
Where does my data live?
On our own cloud servers. Credentials are stored encrypted, backups are encrypted before they leave the machine, and the providers involved are listed in our Privacy Policy. Ask for an export or a deletion and you get it.
Do you replace the software I already use?
No. YourGM works on top of what you run today. Your team keeps the system it knows, and YourGM moves the work between that system, your customers and you.
